Helpful Resources for Grieving Parents
Websites & Support Groups
There are many sites and support groups to be found online and in local communities. The suggestions on this page are some that I have found to be particularly helpful.
Websites

Anam Cara "Supporting Parents After Bereavement" This group is in Ireland, but they have many helpful free resources on their site. Bereaved parents have set up this organization to help themselves and all bereaved parents cope with their grief and loss journey.
GriefYoga.com is a very gentle form of yoga where one does not need any yoga experience. There is even the option to sit in a chair if desired. Grief can get stuck in different parts of our body and can be helped by movement.
