Nurturing Ourselves Through Grief compassionately focuses on how grief affects so many aspects of our lives including our domains of health and how we can find a path to wellness while still honoring our grief. Choosing to be well does not mean forgetting our loved ones; being well can coexist with our grief in a meaningful way.
